During the first year, Fellows gain exposure to physician practice and network management through shadowing opportunities and meaningful project work that pairs practice management concepts with strategic network and Health System initiatives. The second year provides participants with the opportunity to align their professional goals and interests with the priorities of the organization, working closely with senior network leadership.
