Application Process 

The Duke University Health System Fellowship Program is open to individuals with an MHA, MBA, or equivalent degree from a U.S. accredited graduate program (CAHME, AACSB), who have a strong interest in academic medical centers, financial management, and hospital operations. Please direct all inquiries about the application process to the current fellows at admin.fellowship@dm.duke.edu
 

Application 

 
In 2013, the Duke University Hospital Administrative Fellowship and the Patient Revenue Management Organization Fellowship will be offered. Please complete the following application: 2013-2015 Administrative Fellowship Application
 
In order to access the application you will need a version of Adobe installed on your computer. You will be unable to save your work in this form, so it is recommended that all essays be completed in a word processing program (i.e. Microsoft word). Then copy and paste your response into the space provided in the application.
 
Applications must be postmarked by September 21, 2012

  • Faculty Recommendation* (Limit 1)
  • Other Recommendation* (Limit 1) 
  • Personal Statement (2 page limit)
  • Essay Response(s) (1 page limit)
*Please address letters of recommendation to the Administrative Fellowship Selection Committee.
